We accept referrals from lawyers, realtors, mortgage brokers, accountants and other professionals whose clients need a litigator, and conflict files from firms that cannot act.
How a referral works
Call or email with the names.
Send the names of the parties involved so we can run a conflict check. Please do not send confidential details until we confirm we can act.
We confirm whether we can help.
Once conflicts are cleared, we tell you promptly whether the matter is one we take on, and if not, we say so.
We speak with your client.
We arrange a consultation directly with the client and explain the options, the likely steps and the costs involved.
You stay informed.
With the client's permission, we keep you updated, and transactional or other work outside the dispute stays with you.
